Truck Driving Accident on the Interstate.  Jury verdict for plaintiff of  $951,300 in damages. Client has soft tissue back injuries and nightmares.  Punitive damages may have been awarded.

March 2009

Automobile accident against United States of America.  Settlement for approximately $500,000 for client with severe leg injuries requiring several surgeries.

February 2009

Bad faith insurance settlement of $150,000 for claim handling of house damaged by water leak.Loss of benefits was about $25,000.

January 2007

Settlement of a motor vehicle pedestrian accident from uninsured motorist insurance company of $300,000.  The injuries were severe as car ran over client; settlement was for policy limit.

January 2001

Sexual discrimination jury verdict of $456,000 plus attorney fees. Client working for temporary employment agency was subjected to pornography, and cruel jokes. Punitive damages may have been awarded.

December 2008

Bad faith insurance settlement of $150,000 for loss of disability benefits of $400 per month for 45 year old client.

October 2008

Race discrimination trial results in verdict of $88,000 plus attorney fees.  Final recovery of $125,000 for client.

October 2007

Soft tissue back injuries settlement involving drunk driver. Settle on day before trial set to start for $92,500. Client with medical expenses of less than $8,000.

January 2007
